In case you haven't already heard, Target has updated their coupon policy a bit. The big change regards BOGO coupons stacked with cents off on the other paid item. Basically, you can no longer stack the two, unless one is from Target and one is a manufacturer's coupon. They also clarified that you cannot use to BOGO coupons to get two items for free, but most couponers already knew that one : )
