Delicious Summer Grilling- Asian BBQ Chicken

Here's the final product of another one of my marinading adventures, Asian BBQ Chicken.  It was a hit with the whole family, the pickiest eater included! 

The husband loves his onions and peppers, so you will see them atop almost everything we grill this summer.  They can easily be set aside for children who have not discovered the same joy in these toppings quite yet.  Don't forget that you can pick them up super cheap at Aldi : )
